Working in a dedicated Swedish based team and alongside the Dutch head office; the successful candidate will be responsible for growth in existing and entering new parts of the PV market. Manage key accounts by making offers, technical calculations and helping them in the logistical process. Increase sales throughout our distributors by showing installers the advantages of our mounting systems. Delivering profitable growth, through the conversion of offers into orders.

Vi letar efter en Account Manager baserad i Göteborg med omnejd till vårt Trade team med ansvar för bearbetning av installatörer och elgrossister i västra Sverige. I rollen har du ett tydligt fokus på att öka vår projektförsäljning men även driva den löpande försäljningen hos grossisterna. Du kommer arbeta långsiktigt med varje kund och en viktig del blir att etablera nya relationer med installatörer och elgrossister, men även fördjupa relationerna med befintliga kunder.

Task and Responsibilities

– Handling technical support queries from Fronius customers and partners. This would include assisting customers via phone or email with technical troubleshooting, as well as pre-sales topics such as PV system configuration and dimensioning.
– Preparing technical documentation and training materials.
– Assisting in the organisation and moderation of customer training events.
– Providing internal technical support and assisting colleagues with technical queries.
– Participating in trade shows, exhibitions and Fronius events.
– In exceptional cases, supporting Fronius customers in the region with onsite service assignments and commissioning.
