The XDR-480E series is a powerful and compact 480W AC/DC power supply for DIN rail mounting. With a slim width of only 48 mm, it fits perfectly in installations where space is limited. The series supports a wide input voltage range of 85-264 VAC and is designed for global use. Therefore, it is suitable for industrial environments where efficiency, reliability and flexibility are required.
High efficiency and energy savings
The XDR-480E delivers up to 96% efficiency and has a standby consumption of less than 1.2 W. Thanks to this high energy efficiency, both energy costs and climate impact are reduced. The fanless design ensures quiet operation and cooling is via natural air convection, increasing system reliability.
Robust and adaptable performance
The unit is designed to operate over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +70 °C (with derating above +50 °C). In addition, it can operate at altitudes up to 5000 meters. The series supports parallel operation with active power sharing up to 1920 W (3+1), making it ideal for high power load systems.
Integrated protection and certifications
The XDR-480E series is equipped with comprehensive short-circuit, over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature protection. It complies with safety standards such as ITE 62368-1 and Industrial 61558-1/-2-16. In addition, it is certified for Overvoltage Category III (OVC III) and has a built-in DC OK signal for enhanced system monitoring.
Flexible installation
Thanks to support for DIN rail mounting on the TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15, the XDR-480E can be easily integrated into different types of systems. With a guaranteed lifetime of three years in continuous operation, it offers a reliable solution for long-term use.
