to take advantage of Festool’s Warranty-all-inclusive*, which offers you the following benefits:
Free Original Service
For the first three years after purchase, you receive a full warranty that covers all repair costs. Repairing a machine during the warranty period is completely free of charge—this includes wear parts as well as batteries and chargers.**
Replacement machine in case of theft
In the event of theft, we will replace your stolen machine with a brand-new one within the first three years, for a deductible of SEK 1 300 (excluding VAT).***
Original Spare Parts
A Festool machine is built to last for many years. You can count on that—so much so that we stock original spare parts for at least ten years after a machine has been discontinued. We believe in our products to such a degree that we’ll provide you with a new, equivalent machine free of charge if a spare part is no longer available within that ten-year period.
* The Warranty-all-inclusive applies to all Festool machines that are purchased and registered within 100 days of purchase. Festool’s service terms and conditions apply; read more at www.festool.se/service
** “Free Original Service” does not apply in the following cases: damage to consumables and accessories; damage caused by improper use; damage resulting from not using original accessories or spare parts; damage due to disassembly or excessive wear. Maintenance services are also excluded from “Free Original Service.”
