The energy industry needs people who understand both electricity and digital systems – someone who can troubleshoot an installation remotely and grasp what’s happening in the software. You’ll be the link between partners, installers, customers, and product teams.
Your Role:
Technical Support: First point of contact when installers or customers need help. Diagnose installation, network, or configuration issues and document solutions.
Partner Support: Work with partners and installers selling our products. Explain systems, answer technical questions, and build trust through expertise.
Installation & Testing: Set up and test systems, identify what works, and share insights with developers.
Training: Create guides, lead workshops, and build knowledge across the industry.
You have:
Electrical certification and understanding of single/three-phase systems, grounding, and fuses
Technical curiosity and a structured approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills for both technicians and customers
Independence and good organization
Driver’s license (required)
Nice to have: Experience with EV chargers, solar panels, or home batteries; knowledge of P1 ports and energy metering; programming (Python, JavaScript); or smart home systems.
