The XDR-75E series is a compact, cost-effective 75 W DIN-rail AC/DC power supply specifically designed for industrial applications. Its slim width of just 30 mm makes it ideal for installations where space is limited. With a wide input-voltage range of 85–264 VAC, it is ready for global use and fits both new and existing systems.
Energy efficiency and cooling
The XDR-75E achieves an impressive efficiency of up to 91 %. Its low no-load power consumption of under 1 W helps lower energy costs and reduce environmental impact. The unit is also fan-less and cooled entirely by free-air convection, minimizing maintenance and eliminating mechanical wear.
Wide temperature range and robust design
The unit operates reliably across a temperature range of −40 °C to +70 °C and can deliver its full rated output up to +50 °C. It meets Overvoltage Category III (OVC III) requirements, making it robust in harsh electrical environments. With an altitude rating of up to 5,000 m, the XDR-75E can withstand even the most demanding installation conditions.
Protection and signaling
To ensure reliable operation, the unit is equipped with multiple protection functions: short-circuit protection, over-current protection, over-voltage protection, and over-temperature protection. It also features an integrated DC-OK relay signal that provides real-time status information to the user.
Installation and certifications
The XDR-75E can be mounted on TS-35/7.5 or 15 DIN rails and has been tested to global safety standards—including ITE 62368-1 and Industrial 61558-1/-2-16. It is also certified to 61010, making it approved for a wide range of professional applications. The product comes with a three-year warranty for added peace of mind.
