The XYN0100101AA is a compact microwave sensor for lighting control with ON/OFF functionality. Operating in the license-free 5.8 GHz ISM band, the sensor is designed for indoor use and built-in installation in luminaires. It can be used with both inductive and resistive loads.
The unit features very low standby consumption (<0.1 W) and complies with ERP standards. Settings are adjusted via DIP switches for detection area, hold time, and daylight levels. The detection area can be set to four levels (100 %, 75 %, 50 %, 25 %) and the hold time ranges from 5 seconds to 30 minutes. Detection performance depends on mounting height, motion speed, and surrounding materials. Typical detection area is up to 3.5 meters at low speed with ceiling mounting at 3 m, and up to 8 meters with normal movement at wall mounting. The sensor is for indoor applications only and must be installed by a qualified electrician. Microwave technology provides high sensitivity but should not be installed in metal-enclosed luminaires or close to other wireless devices due to possible interference. It has Class II protection, IP20, and dimensions of 61 x 29 x 23 mm. Net weight is approx. 25 g. Certified according to CE, RED, and RoHS.
