Charlie Klang

Charlie runs Sila Snacket and is a former carpenter. He left the construction industry largely due to the negative workplace culture and went on to study gender studies. Since then, he has worked with equality and inclusion in the construction sector.

Sila Snacket was started to spark reflection on workplace language and behaviors within construction. The method quickly gained attention and is now widely used across different regions and industries.
