E-House
CombiFLEX is a technical building designed for heavier equipment such as switchgear, transformers, or other equipment requiring climate protection. The floor is built on a robust steel frame to withstand higher loads. The roof and walls are constructed using a sandwich-bonded design. The external walls are made of Aluzinc-coated steel sheet, providing excellent corrosion protection (C4) and an extended service life. The technical building is delivered fully pre-installed with the equipment specified in the order, such as electrical distribution panels, heating, lighting, power outlets, and free cooling or air conditioning. The size and materials can be customized to meet customer requirements, including protection and fire classification standards.
Concrete substation
Harju Elekter offers both indoor-operated and outdoor-operated concrete substations for one or two transformers with ratings of up to 2,500 kVA, with the option of customized design. HEKA concrete substations in the VB series are manufactured from prefabricated concrete elements and can be finished with façades of crushed granite, brick, pigmented concrete, or polished exposed concrete surfaces. For further customization, patterned wooden panels as well as various types of custom graphics are also available

Metal substation
Harju Elekter offers outdoor-operated steel substations with one to three transformers in the power range from 200 kVA to 6,400 kVA, with the possibility of customized design. HEKA steel substations in the VM series are constructed from galvanized steel sheets with UV-protected powder coating in a color of the customer’s choice. The substations can be customized with, for example, wooden cladding or steel mesh panels. The complete substation, including the foundation and electrical equipment, is delivered fully assembled and ready for lifting, allowing for quick and easy installation on site using a crane truck.
