About us
IsFritt AS is the largest manufacturer and supplier of modular outdoor heating mats in the Nordic region. The heating mats, also called ice and snow melting mats, are made of vulcanized rubber with a rough surface for anti-slip and water drainage. The mats can be placed on most surfaces and all that is needed is a power cord and an outdoor electrical outlet.
The mission is to reduce the number of falls on slippery surfaces. At the same time, prevent snow and ice formation in areas where safe and quick access is desired - such as escape routes or under heat pumps. IsFritt heating mats are purchased both as an HSE product and an effective operating product, by property managers in municipalities, hotels, health institutions, property managers, condominium associations and even private homes.
