How Does Simplewire Work?
Simplewire routers transmit a unique ID from each circuit breaker to all connected installations. With our handheld scanner, you can easily locate the exact connection without searching for physical labels.
Easy to Install

Simplewire Flex+
Simplewire Flex+ is a brand-new tool for the future of electrical installations. Flex+ is a cable identification tool that always provides a complete overview of the installation in record time. The product works by mounting ring cores around the outgoing cables in the electrical panel. With our scanner, you can then quickly scan any electrical equipment and get an exact answer as to which breaker it belongs to in the panel. With data-driven signaling, the risk of crosstalk between cables is eliminated – the result is always correct. The product makes it possible to identify and label up to 10 groups simultaneously, even when the circuits are under voltage. In addition, Flex+ offers configurable naming of outputs, back-tracing from outlets to the breaker in the panel, and no limitation on cable length. Simplewire Core: No more troublesome labels and cable ties. The system is installed quickly and easily in the electrical cabinet or around the outgoing cables without the need for a shutdown. After installation, the scanner can quickly and accurately identify the connections for all electrical equipment in a building. Make marking easy? Use Simplewire for your next project. Case: Tican Fresh Meat A/S expects to save 100,000 ddk daily. Power outages are a frequent and costly challenge at Tican. Every day, the power goes out in at least one place, and due to the harsh environment of the slaughterhouse, the marking rarely provides much help. It often takes 10-20 minutes to restore power, which can cost up to 10,000 dkk per minute. The problems with marking, aside from being expensive to establish properly, are that maintenance is extremely costly. Especially in industries where tough environments make it hard for labels to survive. "We have spent a lot of money on our physical marking, but it doesn't help. Every evening, our facilities are meticulously washed down, and you can imagine how that affects the marking. The reality is that it simply doesn't survive, and when we need it, it's rarely there. It costs time and lost production," explains Tonny Jessen. We are participating in a development partnership with Tican to develop Simplewire Core+, which aims to significantly reduce downtime at the slaughterhouse. Our solution will help the slaughterhouse locate and fix problems faster, saving both time and money.
